Mengatasi Error 711 di windows 7 saat menggunakan Modem Usb

Ini kali pertama pengalamanku, bingung di buatnya...pertama, modem temanku gak bisa connect padahal baru saja di install ulang, Modem yang di pake kebetulan modem smart ZTE C261, port com, driver modem sudah terinstsall dengan rapi, namun saat di connectkan apa yang terjadi, windows tidak dapat membuka port usb yang terinstall...indikasi awal adalah kabel datanya yang rusak, namun setelah di coba beberapa kabel, masih tidak bisa connect. kemudian aku coba setting dial..apa yang terjadi device modemnya tidak kebaca, di klik kanan properti yang muncul malah seperti ini:

aarrgggtt...masih bingung, knp!! tp, pencarianku belum berakhir...knp tidak coba install driver lagi?? begitu pikirku...setelah coba googling dapatlah driver modem smart c261 yang support win7/Vista, aduh, masih sama saja modem tidak bisa connect..akhirnya aku punya kesimpulan bahwa yamng error di sini adalah port modemnya, munkin tidak compataible atau di block sama windows, padahal modem huawei evdoku lancar jaya...

bukan putus asa, tapi pusing tujuh keliling..what happen..apa masalahnya???? ok, knp tiba-tiba aku pengen klik connect yang ada di bawah Dial Modem Cdma.

malah yang muncul seperti itu...Error 711 bla bla bla.....

tapi, dari situ sudah mulai dapat titik terang, apa itu error 711. ternyata benar..error 711 menyerang pada port modem sehingga tidak dapat menggunakan koneksi meskipun di coba sampai beruban jika masih belum di fix.

setelah googling kesana kemari, terdapat kesimpulan yang sama , yaitu cara mengatasi error 711 di windows 7, seperti ini intruksinya:

1. Masuk ke Services, dengan cara ctrl + R kemudian ketikkan msconfig setelah itu klik pada services kemudian disable all, setelah itu klik OK kemudian restart komputer / PC anda.
2. Setelah restart, masuk ke C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI , kemudian di dalam nya terdapat folder RtBackup, hapus folder tersebut.
3. Kemudian yang harus anda lakukan adalah mengaktifkan kembali services yg tadi di disable, masuk lagi ke tab services, caranya sama dengan langkah nomor 1, kemudian OK, restart kembali PC / laptop anda.
4. Selamat menggunakan internet seharian :)

Catatan : Jika cara diatas gagal, saya punya 1 cara lagi

1. Syaratnya harus dual boot, windows dan linux, masuk ke linux kemudian hapus folder yg RtBackup
2. Restart PC / laptop anda, masuk ke windows, dan error 711 tidak anda temukan lagi :)

 begitu kira-kira intruksi yang saya dapat dari banyak situs, dan kebanyakan mengatakan hal yang sama...

kemudian, setelah di coba, dari tahap ke tahap..yang paling susah adalah mendelete folder RtBackup tersebut. sedangkan intinya adalah setelah folder itu di hapus koneksi akan normal. karena sudah malam saya tinggal tidur dulu...

tiba pagi harinya, saya berpikir...masak tidak ada software yang bisa mendelete file yang tidak bisa terdelete. pasti ada...

kembali cari-cari di om Google,, Alhamdulillah ketemu sama software "unlocker" wuuiicchh akhirnya....setelah mendelete folder RtBackup sesuai intruksi, smart AC261 nya bisa kembali connect...senangnya hatiku.. :)))
